Here’s a few of the superior quality commercial roofing services we provide:

Single-ply Roofs

Single-ply Roofing Systems: There are several types of single-ply roofing systems or “membranes” to choose from. We install membranes made from a variety of materials, and we will base the type of membrane used for your application on your business’s individual needs. We use them in commercial and low-rise residential applications, making them a perfect choice for when weather elements may be an issue.

  • TPO – or thermoplastic polyolefin is a highly economical synthetic roofing that has heat-welded seams. It performs best in commercial or low-rise residential applications, where water issues may be one of the biggest concerns.
  • EPDM – or ethylene propylene diene monomer is a type of extremely durable rubber roofing, lasting 25- to 30-years. Its flexibility makes it perfect for a “roof-over” application where some elasticity is needed. Perfect for extreme temperature variations, wind, and hail.
  • PVC – or polyvinyl chloride also known as plastic, this is a superior product for an Energy Star or Cool Roof rating solution. It’s a bit more eco-friendly than other options since it is manufactured with a much lower percentage of oil and petroleum. It’s also resistant to tears and punctures, making such superior protective qualities perfect for water issues, chemicals, fire, and UV rays.

Built-Up (BUR)Roofs

Built-up or BUR Roofs: are an asphalt-based roofing system is one of the most commonly used systems and has been in use for over 100 years. It is a five-layer system in which a base sheet, ply sheet, and cap sheet or aggregate is used to finish. It applies the asphalt between the layers and can be “built-up” using additional layers until it reaches the desired thickness.

Modified Roofs

Modified or Modified Bitumen Roofs – are similar to the built-up system because it has five layers. That’s where the similarity ends. With this system, you have a layer of insulation, a mechanically attached roof board, then your base and cap sheets, which are covered with a layer of reflective coating. This highly popular system is extremely flexible to your business’s needs. If you’re needing a system whose ratings cover fire, wind, or hail, this might be the choice for you. Comes with flame-free or VOC-free installation.

Metal Roofs

Metal – Steel roofing has a higher initial expense than other roofing products, but is well known for maximum durability and snow load. Most metal roofs use a standing seam system where the metal panels actually overlap each other and fastened at the overlap by hidden clips. Most use a seam cap or a mechanical seamer to create a double locking seam.

All our roofs come with outstanding warranties, and we will not leave the job until you’re completely satisfied. Our dedicated installation experts are there to help you get everything you need out of your chosen roofing system. We not only install your system, we are there to maintain and repair it so that you get all the value you expect out of your roof system.
